Can I purchase a gift card?
YES! Link for gift cards can be found in our shop all section of the website, by searching gift cards, or through the link provided at the bottom of our homepage.
*Please note all gift cards purchased online are e-gift cards and are sent directly to the email address that is provided during checkout.
What payment methods are accepted by Mouschi?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ApplePay, GooglePay, MetaPay, Venmo, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and PayPal.
Will out of stock items become available again?
Yes! Sign up for email restock notifications to be the first to know when your item is back in stock! We try to restock as quickly as possible when items go out of stock, sometimes this may take longer due to worldwide shortages of certain materials. Please be patient. We appreciate you and your support.
Do you offer express shipping? Please contact us if you need a faster shipping method at info@mouschilove.com and we would be more than happy to help if possible.
How do I care for my new blanket? All washing instructions can be found on all our blanket tags. Washing your blanket is simple Wash with like colors, on a cold cycle. Hang dry to extend the life of your blanket and to reduce natural pilling. Short on time? You can also throw your blanket on a tumble dry low setting in your dryer.
Is my muslin blanket pet friendly? While we love pets, have our own, and share our comforts with them muslin is easily snagged on their nails. If you don't mind a few small snags or pulls, and just want to love, cuddle, and share this amazing blanket with your furry friends we won't tell you not to. Muslin qualities can benefit your pet as much as you. Due to the nature of muslin, snags and pulls caused by pets, nails, or other objects are not covered under our return policy.
Will my cotton blanket pill? Cotton naturally pills over time due to its natural properties, so yes you may see some pilling over time. To help reduce pilling, line or hang dry your blanket, or use our wool dryer balls along with your blanket in the dryer.
When will my order ship?
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Shipping speed is based on the delivery window selected at checkout. Contact us for express shipping options.
During our busy holiday shopping seasons, orders typically ship within 7-15 business days. Order early to avoid delays, and have your package on time for the holidays.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages? If your package, is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with them. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages that have been, lost, or stolen.
For damaged packages please contact us via email at info@mouschilove.com and provide your full name and mailing address on the order, along with the order number, tracking, and photos of the damage(s). We will do our best to help resolve the issue and replace the damaged goods.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments to the contents.
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order for you.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?
As long as your order has not been shipped out, we can change the shipping address for you. Email us at infor@mouschilove.com Please provide the order number and new shipping address so we can fix this for you, quickly and easily.
Can I return/exchange a gift?
Gift orders can be returned for store credit as long as our return policy is followed. In order for a gift return to be approved you need to email us at infor@mouschilove.com with the following information:
Original purchaser’s information: First and last name, email address or shipping address
